Islip Senior Springler Fashions Fabulous Wooden Bowl

Springler began the project during the last school year, prior to the COVID-19 quarantine, and finished it this fall.

Working in teacher Jesse Eilbeck’s advanced wood/materials class, Islip High School senior Nick Springler recently made a fabulous wooden bowl, fashioned out of poplar, feime mahogany and bacote. Springler began the project during the last school year, prior to the COVID-19 quarantine, and finished it this fall.
