Islip Teachers Celebrate Bright Futures Of Val And Sal
Two very bright futures, thanks to all the hard work you've all put in."
From Islip Schools: Continuing a memorable tradition of the last three years, Islip High School’s Class of 2018 valedictorian Julia Hormann and salutatorian Madeline Marconi enjoyed a special reception on June 20 to give them a chance to meet with all of their former high school, middle school and elementary school teachers. The event included a group photo on the high school athletic field.
“This is a thank-you to you,” Principal Michael Mosca told the assembled teachers. “And this is just a testament to how important the entire system is in rooting these kids to their future. Two very bright futures, thanks to all the hard work you’ve all put in.”
