JACKSON HEIGHTS, QUEENS — Police are hunting for the man who may know why a Jackson Heights man was found dead in his home.
Police released photos Wednesday of an unidentified man they'd like to question about the death of Hector Fernandez, found dead in his Jackson Heights apartment on March 18. Police declined to say whether the man is a suspect in Fernandez's mysterious death.
Fernandez, 40, staggered home with a bleeding wound by his knee before a cousin found him dead in his bed shortly before 8 a.m., according to the New York Daily News. Cops found a blood trail leading to the building on 93rd St. in Jackson Heights, the Daily News said.
