Suspect Arrested For Elmhurst Burglary, Police Say
The suspect was taken into custody on Wednesday.
QUEENS, NY — A 37-year-old man has been arrested after he broke into an apartment in Elmhurst last month.
Richie Rivera, 37, has been charged with burglary, criminal mischief and criminal trespass.
Rivera is accused of breaking into an apartment near 57th Road and Van Horn Street on Sept. 21 around 7:45 a.m., police said.
