Man Stalked, Groped 13-Year-Old Girl On Subway, NYPD Says
The 66-year-old Queens man was arrested for groping a teen girl on the subway twice in two weeks.

JACKSON HEIGHTS, QUEENS — A 66-year-old Queens man was arrested for twice groping a teen girl on the subway, police said. Jackson Heights resident Walter Polanco was charged with forcible touching and stalking in the second degree.
The man groped the same 13-year-old girl while she rode the subway in Long Island City, Queens and the Upper East Side two weeks apart, according to police.

The first groping happened Tuesday, Feb. 12, on a 7 train approaching Queensboro Plaza from Manhattan, police said. The second groping happened two weeks later on Feb. 28 on an uptown-bound 5 train approaching the East 86th Street subway station.
