I am a big fan of Ralphs, but t he location in Kings Park has changed and not in a good way!! The staff is very rude, the old staff was so nice but these new girls dont care about the customer. Very nasty, i asked for chocolate pretzel and they said they had it but when i got home it was fudge brownie. No big deal but the girl acted like i was bothering her when i placed my order! Bring back the old staff! This place used to be my favorite! Not coming back!
