I brought my silk wedding dress to Kings Park Cleaners. I was told the slight stains that were on the bottom could be removed. I had to come back 3 times and each time there were new stains that were not originally on my dress. What is worse is the HORRIFIC customer service that I endured. I was verbally abused by the employees here. They made me cry, and almost ruined my wedding dress. I would recommend that everyone stay away from this business! They do not stand behind their product, are the most unprofessional people I have ever had the unfortunate experience of meeting and should not be dealing with the public!
