• Joseph Passarelli, 68, of Commack, was arrested in Wyandanch on Jan. 18 on a charge of operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs
• Howard Schwartz, 39, of Smithtown, was arrested in West Babylon on Jan. 18 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
• Robert Dipierro, 48, of Bay Shore, was arrested in Babylon on Jan. 18 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
• Jack Duncan, 41, of Norfolk, was arrested in East Farmingdale on Jan. 17 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
• Donna Carnett, 47, of Brooklyn, was arrested in Deer Park on Jan. 17 on a charge of fourth degree grand larceny
• Steven Glover, 26, of Wheatley Heights, was arrested in Babylon on Jan. 15 on 12 counts of fourth degree grand larceny
• Kimberly Michiels, of Mastic, was arrested in Patch on Jan. 18 on a charge of DWI-1st offense. Story: 1 Killed, 3 Hurt in Brookhaven Crash, Woman Charged With DWI
• Shawn Shaver, 32, of Central Islip, was arrested in Babylon on Jan. 15 on a charge of second degree burglary
• July Armstrong, 38, of Huntington Station, was arrested in Huntington Station on Jan. 18 on a charge of fourth degree grand larceny
• Chris Battaglia, 23, of Cold Spring Harbor, was arrested in Huntington on Jan. 17 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
• Scott Southwick, 45, of Miller Place, was arrested in Huntington on Jan. 17 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
• Peter Vanherwynen, 35, of East Northport, was arrested in East Northport on Jan. 15 on two counts of third degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and one count of third degree criminal possession of a weapon
• Todd Gringer, 53, of Greenlawn, was arrested in Cold Spring Harbor on Jan. 15 on a charge of DWI-2 previous convictions in past 10 years
• Wednix Prezeau, 37, of West Babylon, was arrested in North Bay Shore on Jan. 18 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
• Andrea Smith, 44, of East Islip, was arrested in East Islip on Jan. 17 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
• James Schlee, 55, of Babylon, was arrested in Bay Shore on Jan. 16 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
• Karen Thompson, 56, of Bay Shore, was arrested in Bay Shore on Jan. 16 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
• Kevin Brown, 25, of Islip, was arrested in Islip on Jan. 15 on a charge of third degree grand larceny
• Jason Prechtl, 23, of Smithtown, was arrested in Smithtown on Jan. 17 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
• Steven Freiberger, 30, of East Setauket, was arrested in Nesconset on Jan. 16 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
• Anthony Salucci, 51, of Kings Park, was arrested in Hauppauge on Jan. 15 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
• Wilson Castillo Romero, 35, of Brentwood, was arrested in Blue Point on Jan. 18 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
• Suzanne Thoden, 40, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on Jan. 18 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
• William Tyler Jr., 50, of West Sayville, was arrested in West Sayville on Jan. 17 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
• Dawn Spencer, 49, of Shirley, was arrested in Patchogue on Jan. 17 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
• Michael Pecora, 23, of Bohemia, was arrested in Patchogue on Jan. 17 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
• Stephany Gibbs, 22, of Medford, was arrested in Patchogue on Jan. 17 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
• Muhammad Junaid, 20, of Bellport, was arrested in East Patchogue on Jan. 17 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
• Andrew Moreno, 20, of Sayville, was arrested in Sayville on Jan. 16 on three counts of third degree criminal sale of a controlled substance
• Steven Smith, 23, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on Jan. 16 on a charge of third degree criminal sale of controlled substance
• Jose Sauceda, 42, of Port Jefferson Station, was arrested in Port Jefferson Station on Jan. 18 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
• Brian King, 27, of South Setauket, was arrested in Mount Sinai on Jan. 15 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
• Samantha Gonzalez, 25, of Holtsville, was arrested in Mount Sinai on Jan. 15 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
• Benjamin Damore, 24, of Smithtown, was arrested in Rocky Point on Jan. 18 on a charge of first degree criminal contempt
• Tara Dreuer, 28, of Rocky Point, was arrested in Rocky Point on Jan. 15 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
