UPDATE: Police ID Man Fatally Struck by Car in E. Farmingdale
Accident occurred Friday evening.

A North Amityville man was struck and killed by a car in East Farmingdale Friday evening, police said.
According to police, Wilfrid Bien-Aime, 68, was crossing Route 110 from west to east, just south of Great Neck Road, at about 5:50 p.m when he was hit by a 2011 Nissan that was traveling south on Route 110.
Bien-Aime was pronounced dead at the scene by a physician assistant from the Office of the Suffolk County Medical Examiner.

The vehicle was impounded for a safety check and the investigation is continuing. No criminal charges have been filed.
