March 6- Suffolk Arrest Report

All of the following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation and does not indicate a conviction.

• Rohmel Palmer, 30, of North Babylon, was arrested in North Babylon on March 4 on a charge of first degree criminal contempt
• Michael Fusaro, 36, of Huntington Station, was arrested on March 4 on charges of driving while ability impaired by drugs, possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of a hypodermic instrument and reckless driving. • Nyria Capers, 37, of West Babylon, was arrested in Wyandanch on March 3 on a charge of first degree unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle
• Charise Akins, 36, of Brentwood, was arrested in West Babylon on March 2 on two counts of third degree criminal sale of a controlled substance
• Dwayne Snow, 39, of Lindenhurst, was arrested in Lindenhurst on March 2 on two counts of third degree criminal sale of a controlled substance
• Juan Zuluaga, 37, of North Bergen, was arrested in Dix Hills on March 4 on charges of first degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third degree criminal mischief, third degree fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle and resisting arrest
• Kristen Henaghan, 42, of Holtsville, was arrested in Northport on March 2 on a charge of aggravated DWI
• Todd Seccafico, 51, of Lloyd Harbor, was arrested in Huntington on March 2 on a charge of first degree reckless endangerment
• Thomas Kordulak, 46, of West Islip, was arrested in West Islip on March 4 on a charge of first degree criminal contempt
• Shehroz Ahmed, 22, of Medford, was arrested in Central Islip on March 4 on two counts of third degree criminal sale of a controlled substance
• Anthony Piro, 35, of Bay Shore, was arrested in Bayport on March 3 on a charge of fourth degree grand larceny
• Michael Lane, 51, of Islip Terrace, was arrested in Bay Shore on March 3 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
• Walter Ahrem, 33, of Huntington, was arrested in Brentwood on March 2 on a charge of second degree burglary
• Paul Morin, 49, of Smithtown, was arrested in Smithtown on March 4 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
• Kevin James, 45, of Middle Island, was arrested in Bohemia on March 3 on a charge of third degree grand larceny
  
• Michael Sweeney, 18, of Blue Point, was arrested in Blue Point on March 2 on a charge of operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs
• Sydney Spinner, 26, of Port Jefferson, was arrested in Port Jefferson Station on March 4 on a charge of third degree grand larceny
• William Dolan, 44, of East Setauket, was arrested in Port Jefferson Station on March 3 on a charge of first degree criminal contempt
• Christopher Sciacchitano, 25, of Centereach, was arrested in South Setauket on March 2 on a charge of fourth degree grand larceny
• Charles Innes, 62, of Rocky Point, was arrested in Rocky Point on March 3 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
