• Bicyclist injured in Kingston crash (newportdispatch.com) — A 12-year-old Kingston bicyclist was hurt after their brakes failed and they collided with a stopped vehicle at Hasbrouck and Foxhall avenues on April 17. Kingston police and firefighters responded, and the child was taken to HealthAlliance Hospital for treatment while the driver remained on scene and cooperated with investigators.
   

• Kingston man accused of stabbing at Town of Ulster mall (recordonline.com) — A Kingston resident has been charged with felony assault and weapon possession after an alleged stabbing in the parking lot of Kings Mall in the Town of Ulster. Police say the victim suffered serious chest injuries and was taken to HealthAlliance Hospital in Kingston. The suspect is being held in Ulster County jail on $50,000 bail pending further court action.
