New York State Police said there has been a multi-vehicle accident Thursday on I-95.The crash, which involved a jack-knifed tractor trailer, occurred around 2:22 p.m. southbound on I-95 between Exit 18B for White Plains and Exit 18A for Mamaroneck.The accident is still under investigation. Police said more information will be released as soon as it's available.
