Summer is here, finally and officially today! Perfect time for Rose Wines.
Why? They typically come from the South of France (Provence, Nimes, Cassis, Bandol, Southern Rhone, etc...) and are perfect when chilled; light, fresh, fruity, easy to drink and ideal paired with summer food such as salads, BBQ, seafood and fish.
