Caught on Tape: Police Blotter
Surveillance video busted a truck driver after a hit & run fender-bender on Feb. 4 in the Village of Mamaroneck.

These are some of the cases being investigated by the and of Mamaroneck Police Departments from Feb. 3 to Feb. 7.
Village of Mamaroneck
Abandoned Vehicle
Police gave a vehicle owner 21 days to remove a vehicle trapped by snow on Wagner Avenue. A call reporting the abandoned vehicle was received by police on Feb. 5.
Criminal Contempt
Marc Kelly, 53, was arrested for criminal contempt on Feb. 5 at 1:55 a.m. after police were called to a domestic incident on Mamaroneck Avenue.
Bernadette Carlo, 57, of Mount Vernon, was arrested for criminal contempt on Feb. 7 around 9:18 p.m.
Disorderly Person
An unruly youth was told not to return to a business on the 300 block of Mamaroneck Ave. on Feb. 4, around 12:30 p.m. after a group of rowdy kids caused employees to call the police.
DWI
Ashely Medina, 21, of Mamaroneck, was arrested for DWI near the 1000 block of Mamaroneck Ave. around 1:23 a.m., Feb. 5.
Hazardous Condition
A pothole on Mamaroneck Avenuem beneath the I-95 overpass, caused two flat right tires for a driver on Feb. 3 around 9 p.m. Police faxed a work order to the Department of Public Works to fill the holes and the car was towed.
Police also received a complaint about a pothole near 180 Jefferson Ave. on Feb. 5 around 6:39 p.m.
On Feb. 6, police received a complaint about an icy sidewalk on Mamaroneck Avenue.
Larceny
An unknown man took $325 worth of ink cartridges from a business on the 200 block of Mamaroneck Ave. around 2:50 p.m.on Feb. 4.
A report was made on Feb. 5 about a ring valued at $500 taken from a location on Palmer Avenue.
A snow blower valued at $700 was taken from Harbor Island Park on Feb. 7.
Property Damaged
Surveillance video captured the company logo of a truck that damaged another parked truck on the 500 block of Fenimore St. around 1:45 p.m., Feb. 4. The company owner agreed to pay for the repairs.
A truck backed into a retaining wall near the 600 block of Halstead on Feb. 7 around 11:17 a.m. The wall was damaged, the truck was not.
On Feb. 7, around 2:39 p.m., branches fell onto the hood of a car near Palmer Avenue.

Criminal Mischief
The driver’s side window on a school bus was cracked causing $300 in damage during an incident that occurred at the Hommocks Ice Rink on Feb. 5., around 9:39 p.m.
