UPDATE: Classes Resume at Mamaroneck High After Evacuation Due to Bomb Threat
The Westchester Police bomb squad and Village of Mamaroneck police responded to the school.

UPDATE—Monday, May 23, 2016, 2:20 p.m.: Classes have resumed at Mamaroneck High School Monday after students, faculty and staff were evacuated due to graffiti that made a bomb threat.
Debbie Manetta, spokeswoman for the district, said student were returning to the building around 2 p.m. and all afternoon activities will proceed as scheduled, including the play off playoff baseball game at 4:30 p.m. against Mahopac.
She said the Westchester County Police bomb squad swept the building with canine officers and law enforcement deemed that there was no imminent threat.

UPDATE—Monday, May 23, 2016, 1:45 p.m.: A spokeswoman for the Mamaroneck Union Free School District said all students and staff have been evacuated from Mamaroneck High School.

She said everyone is safe and the police are investigating.
Lohud.com said students reported graffiti that said a bomb had been planted and they reported that to faculty.

MAMARONECK, NY - The county bomb squad was called Monday to Mamaroneck High School.
Westchester County police said the squad was called to the Boston Post Road school around 12:50 p.m., according to lohud.com.
