Diane lived in Washington, D.C. and Argentina before relocating to southern Westchester six years ago. "I was really excited by the enrichment opportunities in this area," she says. I loved my first class at The Center where I found a community of friends and learners with whom I am still close today. And, as I continued to take classes, I was impressed with the consistently high caliber of teachers and the small class sizes that encouraged participation and fostered relationships. I am thrilled to have a role giving others access to that experience."
She adds, "I hope to bring meaningful programs that increase our understanding of a rapidly-changing and interconnected global environment with thought leaders from the region. At the same time, core learning opportunities such as language and writing classes, arts and games will continue to form the heart and soul of The Center. While the world is global, continuing education is local and I value that The Center helps build community through shared learning experiences."
