About Armelle For Kids
Armelle Gloaguen is the founder of Armelle for Kids, a concept she created in 1998.
AFK provides multicultural education through music to children from 0 to 10 years old. Language and world music classes, event concerts, teacher training, parent and school presentations and workshops are all adaptable to the needs of the organization.
AFK is a multi-sensory approach to teaching which include songs, instruments, hands-on activities, visual reference points, movements and more. Armelle believes that music can be a bridge; inspiring a sense of humanity, it deepens cultural understanding, while highlighting core values of trust, love and respect.
Spanning two decades and three continents, Armelle Gloaguen has taught languages to children through her music. As an eminent performer and song-writer, Armelle has recorded four albums: “Discover A World Of
Music;” “Learn French Through Music;” “Learn Spanish Through Music;” and “Rock Your World Kids! Vol.1” which was awarded the Approved Seal by Parents Choice in September 2017.
Armelle is a featured vocalist in three award-winning videos: “Baby Monet”, “Baby Noel” and “Jungle for Tots.” She has read French and English poems on Poetry Moments on LMC-TV and was officially recognized by the New York State Assembly for her educational expertise.
Armelle has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, The Journal News, The Patch and the New York French Morning.
She does voice-overs for Jack Morton Branding Company and Coach Video Productions.
