Police are conducting a search and rescue operation at Harbor Island Beach, said Village of Mamaroneck police spokesperson Det. Sandra DiRuzza. Dive teams are searching the waters off Harbor Island Park for a missing swimmer, said to be a 28-year-old man. Police could not release any other information at this point. Check back, we'll be updating the story as it develops.
