Haunted House Horror at Spooktacular with Mamaroneck FBLA

Mamaroneck FBLA volunteers in their community for the annual Spooktacular Halloween Fair

On October 22nd, Mamaroneck FBLA gave back to their community.

The Annual Halloween Fair, Spooktacular, that takes place at the Mamaroneck Harbor includes tons of Halloween fun for children and families. There were many booths to help out at such as cupcake decorating and the creepy haunted house.

Many Mamaroneck FBLA Members dressed up in frightening costumes and hid throughout the pitch black haunted house. As guides led groups through the haunted house, the Mamaroneck members would jump out and scare people. It was really fun way to get some community service hours while getting some good jump scares in.

This is just one way Mamaroneck FBLA has given back to the community.

This year, the Mamaroneck FBLA community service project is to work at the food pantry. Packing food for the lower income members in our community is a great way to help out our fellow citizens. Among the lessons that FBLA teaches, such as public speaking and interviewing skills, the club strongly encourages community service.

Mamaroneck FBLA had a fantastic time and hopes everyone had a great Halloween.
