La La Producer Fred Berger returned to his alma mater on Wednesday night to share his experiences in becoming an award-winning producer

More than 375 people attended The Center for Continuing Education's "Notable Neighbors" program on Wednesday, March 8 featuring Fred Berger, producer of La La Land. Berger returned to his alma mater, Mamaroneck High School, to speak with his former teacher, Dr. Michael DiGennaro, about his journey from Larchmont to Hollywood. Berger shared behind-the-scenes anecdotes of the making of the film along with clips from the movies. He also provided advice to would-be film makers and discussed how important his teachers and his community were in shaping his career.
