Larchmont Historical Society Announces Spring House Tour
The tour promises an afternoon filled with beautiful architecture, magnificent renovations and mint juleps.

LARCHMONT, NY — The Larchmont Historical Society has announced that its 2019 Spring House Tour, “Magnolias and Mint Juleps,” will take place from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday, May 5. This year’s tour promises a fabulous afternoon filled with beautiful architecture, magnificent renovations and mint juleps served with a view at the Larchmont Yacht Club, according to organizers.
You'll stroll from one stunning home to the next along Magnolia Avenue in Larchmont Manor, and at the reception following the tour, everyone will raise a toast to preserving the village's history, while sipping mint juleps and enjoying beautiful views of the Long Island Sound. Each ticket includes one complimentary drink and hors d’oeuvres. Local art will also be on display for all to admire and purchase.

- 1 p.m. - 5 p.m.: Tour of Homes on Magnolia
- 3:30 p.m. - 6 p.m.: Waterfront Reception with Mint Juleps at the Larchmont Yacht Club
As ticket sales are limited, it’s best to order early. Tickets can be purchased at larchmonthistory.org. Based on availability, tickets can also bought in person at the Gazebo in Constitution Park on May 5.
Ticket prices are $55 for LHS members and $75 for non-members. Consider joining or renewing your membership to LHS today to take advantage of this special member pricing.

Volunteers and docents are also needed. All volunteers receive a complimentary ticket to the house tour plus a discounted ticket ($15) for the post-tour reception at the Larchmont Yacht Club.
For nearly 40 years, LHS has celebrated Larchmont’s local history with its annual house tour. This community event is 100 percent volunteer organized and serves as the primary source of funding for the LHS, according to organizers.
