A Fourth Suspect Has Now Been Arrested In Heritage Homes Shootout: Police
The Mount Vernon man has been charged with felony criminal possession of a weapon and felony reckless endangerment.

NEW ROCHELLE, NY — A fourth suspect has been arrested in connection to the gunfight at the Heritage Homes complex.
On Thursday, New Rochelle Police Detectives arrested Jamal Sinclair, 37, of Mount Vernon, in connection with the shoot out that occurred on the evening of Apr. 4, at the Heritage Homes.
Sinclair makes the fourth suspect arrested in connection with the violence.

Sinclair was charged with felony criminal possession of a weapon and felony reckless endangerment.
Detectives previously arrested 33-year-old Charles Larrier, of New Rochelle. He has been charged with attempted murder, criminal use of a firearm, and reckless endangerment, according to police.

Days earlier, investigators identified and arrested two other suspected shooters.
Jeremy Maybury, 35, of New Rochelle, was located at a hospital in Englewood, New Jersey. Detectives filed an extraditable warrant for his arrest.
Anthony Parris, 35, was arrested at his home in New Rochelle.
Both suspects were charged with felony criminal possession of a weapon, and felony reckless endangerment.
On Saturday, at 10:47 p.m., officers from the New Rochelle Police Department responded to reports of shots fired at the Heritage Homes complex.
Witnesses reported multiple shooters exchanging gunfire in the area. At the scene, police found several spent shell casings.
No area residents or innocent bystanders reported any injuries as a result of the gun violence. Detectives, however, believed one of the shooters was grazed by a bullet before fleeing the scene.
