Larchmont Park Being Spruced Up With Donations

LARCHMONT, NY — Larchmont residents stepped up to the plate to help fund major improvements to Pine Brook Park. About 135 donors, including residents and businesses, came up with $40,000 for the repair project.

The improvements range from new trees and benches to wider pathways and started in late July, the Journal News said. (Get Patch’s daily newsletters and news alerts right in your inbox.)

Also on the list of improvements will be the repaving of a small basketball court.
