Larchmont Planning Meeting to Discuss Moratorium Appeal
The issue is tearing down housing and subdividing properties.
An appeal to the Larchmont demolition moratorium will be discussed at a planning board meeting Monday, Feb. 22.
Lohud.com said the 8 p.m. meeting will review KOSL Building Group’s appeal in which it wanted a variance to the six-month halt to tearing down and subdividing properties.
The building group wants to tear down the home at 40 Ocean Ave.
