Larchmont Playhouse Set to Close Its Doors

There have been offers on the building but they haven't been act on due to community interest in saving the theater.

LARCHMONT, NY — The company leasing the Larchmont Playhouse will be closing the theater’s doors Sunday, September 25.

A real estate broker said there have been a number of offers on the Palmer Avenue property, according to an article at the Daily Voice.

Organizers of Save Larchmont Playhouse said on its website that $610,000 in pledges have been received by the nonprofit organization, but they said they need more in order to make a competitive bid.
