Larchmont Police Blotter: V&T and DWI Arrests

A Bronx woman was arrested for driving with a suspended license; a New Rochelle man for DWI.

Below are some of the incidents investigated by the Larchmont Police Department starting on Feb. 27 and ending on March 6:

Vehicle & Traffic Law Arrest

A Bronx woman was arrested on Feb. 27, and charged with operating with a suspended license after she was observed operating her vehicle and committing a traffic infraction on Larchmont Avenue. The operator was released on the issuance of an appearance ticket.

DWI Arrest

A New Rochelle man, Thomas O'Connor, 28, was arrested during the late evening hours of Feb. 28 after he was observed operating his vehicle and committing a traffic infraction on Larchmont Avenue. He was charged with Driving While Intoxicated. He was released on $80 bail.

Vehicle Impounds

A scofflaw vehicle with $780 in outstanding fines was impounded and towed from Lot 3 on March 5.

A scofflaw vehicle with $1850 in outstanding fines was impounded and towed from Lot 10 on March 5.

In addition to the preceding, Larchmont Police officers also responded to following: 

- 11 burglar alarms

- 2 motor vehicle accidents

- 3 aided cases

- 42 other calls for service
