Lewd Act Committed at Dunkin' Donuts in Larchmont
A 59-year-old man was arrested for public lewdness on May 15.
After a witness reported a man committing a lewd act at the on 1311 Boston Post Rd. on May 15 at 3:15 p.m., police arrested a 59-year-old and charged him with endangering the welfare of a minor and public lewdness, both misdemeanors, said Town of Mamaroneck Spokesperson Lt. Robert Koziak.
According to court records, Thomas Tomasiewicz, of 15 River Rd. in Cos Cob, CT, was arraigned in Town of Mamaroneck court on May 21. He is due back in court on June 25 at 6 p.m.
