The Rev. Richard Ordonez, the 38-year-old cleric from Ecuador who plead guilty to forcibly touching a female parishioner in Mamaroneck, was given a conditional discharge in Westchester County Court today, according to The Journal News. Ordonez arrived at St. Vito's Church in Mamaroneck in 2003 and was still working there right before he was arrested at the John F.
