Mamaroneck Grapples with Water Main Issues
Some residents can expect interruptions to water service Wednesday.
Mamaroneck officials Wednesday said emergency water main valve replacements “will cause water service interruptions during the day on Wednesday on South Barry Avenue from Boston Post Road to Guion Drive, Sophia Street from Stuart Avenue to Boston Post Road, Stuart Avenue from Guion Dr to Boston Post Road, Boston Post Road from Stuart Avenue to The Parkway, Boston Post Road from Barry Avenue to Jensen Avenue.”
Water Service is expected to be interrupted until about 4:30 p.m.
Additionally, officials are investigating a possible water main break Wednesday on West Boston Road, and a water main repair will cause water service interruptions Wednesday night on West Boston Post Road from Richbell Road to Rockland Avenue.
