Mamaroneck’s Memorial Park Playground is Open

Mamaroneck NY – (May, 2023) – After months of planning and construction, the Town of Mamaroneck has opened its new playground at Memorial Park.

A Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening Ceremony will be held on Wednesday, May 31 at 4 p.m. to dedicate the new playground.

“I am excited to announce that the playground project at Memorial Park has been completed. This project has been many months in the making. The community, particularly the children, are excited to see it come to fruition,” said Town Supervisor Jaine Elkind Eney. “This will add to our recreational space and is a wonderful addition to Memorial Park.’’

Superintendent of Recreation Jill Fisher added, “A big thank you and congratulations go out to so many for making this project a reality. This is a wonderful addition to the community.”

The community is welcome to attend the ceremony at the park. The rain date will be Thursday, June 1 at 4 p.m.
