NJ Man Arrested For Leandra’s Law DWI On I-95 In Mamaroneck
The accused drunken driver had a five-year-old and a three-month old in the car when he was arrested on the New England Thruway.
MAMARONECK, NY — A New Jersey man is accused of driving drunk with two small children in the car.
Just after midnight on Saturday, state police came across a vehicle parked on the shoulder of I-95 in the village of Mamaroneck. The driver of the vehicle, Martin E. Osorio Villatoro, of Trenton, was found to be intoxicated while traveling with a 5-year-old child and a 3-month-old infant in the car, police said. The 26-year-old was taken into custody, transported and processed at SP New Rochelle.
The children were turned over to a relative.

Osorio Villatoro’s blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.13 percent, according to officials. He was charged with felony driving while intoxicated with a child in the vehicle and driving while intoxicated.
He was turned over to a sober third party with appearance tickets returnable to the Village of Mamaroneck Court on March 9.
