One Book One Community 2020 Events Cancelled

Due to State and Local COVID-19 recommendations, the public libraries in Larchmont and Mamaroneck are cancelling all twenty-five library-sponsored events for ONE BOOK ONE COMMUNITY 2020, which had been scheduled to take place throughout April. This includes the keynote event on Sunday, April 5, featuring author Fiona Davis at the Emelin Theater in Mamaroneck. For a full list of cancellations, visit each library’s website.

The book that had been selected as the centerpiece for One Book One Community 2020 –THE MASTERPIECE, by Fiona Davis – is a terrific read and both libraries recommend it even though the events focused on it are cancelled.

ONE BOOK ONE COMMUNITY is a community initiative that aims to bring residents into a common dialogue that is at once thought-provoking and enlightening and that educates.
