PA Man Accused Of Felony DWI

He was stopped on the Thruway for a vehicle and traffic violation.

MAMARONECK, NY — A Pennsylvania man was accused of driving while drunk on the Thruway. State police stopped a vehicle on I-95 in the Village of Mamaroneck around 6:30 p.m. March 4 for a traffic violation. The driver of the vehicle — Zoran Vukosavljevic, 55, of Bushkill, Pennsylvania — was found to be intoxicated, police said.

He was taken to the Tarrytown barracks where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.19 percent, according to authorities.

Additionally, he has a prior DWI conviction within the last 10 years.

As a result he was charged with the following:

  • Aggravated driving while intoxicated a felony
  • Multiple vehicle and traffic violations

Vukosavljevic was turned over to a sober third party and released on appearance tickets returnable to the Village of Mamaroneck Count March 21.
