Area emergency responders were searching for a man who went missing after swimming in Long Island Sound on Saturday. The rescue effort was launched around 1 p.m. near the Larchmont Shore Club after the boater went for a swim and didn't return, <a href="http://www.news12.com/articleDetail.jsp?articleId=254760&amp;position=1&amp;news_type=news" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">News 12 reported.</a> Police and fire searched by air and water, but there was no word the man had been located by Saturday night. Check back for updates.
