Today Is Last Day for Absentee Ballots for May 19 School Election

Larchmont and Mamaroneck residents have until 4 p.m., May 12, to submit their absentee ballot request online.

Today is the last day residents can request an absentee ballot for the May 19 schools vote in Mamaronneck, according to officials.

Residents can download and submit an absentee ballot application online, and a ballot will be mailed to them if the application is received by the District Clerk in the Superintendent’s Office by 4 p.m. today, May 12. Applications can be filled out and dropped off in person today at the District Clerk’s office; ballots can then be picked up on or before May 18 at 4 p.m.

Absentee ballots are due in the office of the District Clerk by 5 p.m., Tuesday, May 19.

For residents who need to register to vote, a special voter registration day will be held on Wednesday, May 13, in Room N101 at Mamaroneck High School from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Additionally, voters can register any school day between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. with the District Clerk in the Superintendent’s Office at Mamaroneck High School, Post Road building.

The last day to register to vote is this Thursday, May 14, by 4 p.m.

To vote, you must be 18 years old, an American citizen, and a resident of the District for the last 30 days. If you are registered to vote in New York, you are all set to vote in this election, according to officials.
