The purpose of this registry is to compile and maintain a list of residents who have special needs due to physical/medical challenges or mental/neurological disabilities -- including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder, Alzheimer’s Disease, Dementia, Bipolar Disorder, and Down Syndrome. The registry will include information pertaining to special circumstances to be considered when first responders, such as Police, Fire or Emergency Medical Services (EMS) personnel respond to assist the resident in an emergency. It will not be used or result in the alteration or change in standard Police, Fire or EMS emergency procedures.

Residents are encouraged to provide information about a loved one of any age that may require special assistance in an emergency or interaction with first responders. Adults with any special needs or disabilities may also enroll themselves. All information shared is strictly voluntary and is kept confidential. Enrollment is fully compliant with applicable regulations.
