Two Arrested In DWI Incidents On I-95
New Jersey man, Rhode Island man charged in Port Chester, New Rochelle.

Two drivers on I-95 were charged with drunken driving in separate incidents over the weekend, according to State Police based in New Rochelle.
At 10:30 p.m. Saturday, Arthur Revechkis, 32, of Woodcliff Lake, NJ, was stopped for speeding in a construction zone on the New England Thruway northbound in Port Chester. A state trooper additionally charged him with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. Revechkis was released pending a hearing in Port Chester Village Court.

At 1:25 a.m. on Sunday, William G. Baer, 60, of Middletown, RI, was stopped on I-95 northbound at the New Rochelle toll plaza. A state trooper charged Baer with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. Baer was released pending a hearing in New Rochelle City Court.
