Woman’s Club of Larchmont Spreads Holiday Cheer To Local Family

The Woman’s Club of Larchmont ‘ adopted' a family of six for the holidays. The family was carefully selected by the staff of the Community Resource Center. Sue Ellen Commender and Sheelah Mohan of the Woman’s Club of Larchmont delivered holiday gifts that were donated via the Community Resource Center to a deserving family. Each family member received new winter coats, hat, gloves, sweatshirts, shirts, pants and a week’s worth of socks and underwear (plus a toy for the youngest two children). Additional winter coats for children were also purchased and donated.
