Woman Who Crashed Into Mamaroneck Restaurant Pleads Not Guilty
The 79-year-old Yonkers resident was charged with DWI.

MAMARONECK, NY — The driver who crashed into a popular Mamaroneck restaurant pleaded not guilty to driving while intoxicated. Roseanne Cassano, 79, of Yonkers, appeared in court Thursday was said to have told investigators that she consumed two drinks before the crash, abc7ny.com said.
Her lawyer, Jeffrey Chartier, said she denies being drunk and that the incident was just a terrible accident, lohud.com said.
Cassano is out $200 bail and is next due in court June 21.

Out of the nine people who were injured, four were critically injured, but police said all are expected to make full recoveries, News 12 reported.
