#91: Laugh at Governor's Comedy Club

Enjoy a night out without the smile leaving your face.

Though nestled away on Division Avenue, Governor's Comedy Club attracts some of the biggest names in comedy and patrons from all over Long Island looking for a laugh and a night out on the town.

In addition to hosting veterans who have appeared on national television and at top venues throughout the country, the club also encourages newbies to learn the trade with Comedy College classes and open mic night for new comics.

This Sunday, April 10, Richard Belzer, made famous by his role on Law and Order: Special Victims Unit, will team up with long-time friend Joe Delia and his band Thieves for a stand-up comedy performance, followed by a set of rock from the Thieves. Admission is $25 plus a two beverage minimum.
