Division Avenue Student Scores Golden Opportunity
Division LAX Player, Dylan Kucmierowski - Coaches Alongside NY Lizard and Team USA Lacrosse Standout, Paul Rabil
Aspiring Lacrosse player, Dylan Kucmierowski - who plays for Division High School Dragons LAX, has been honored with the rare opportunity to be a Staff Coach for the Major League Lacrosse Team, the New York Lizards, assisting one of the top athletes in the sport - Paul Rabil. Kucmierowski, who has admired Rabil's abilities for quite some time, jumped at the chance to work with him. Currently, Kucmierowski has been locked in for a couple of dates on the Lizards clinic tour, where the team's breakout stars work with hopefuls in day long training camps. His first day was at their stop in Morristown, NJ at the Delbarton School alongside Rabil, and Drew Adams (NY Lizards Goalie) and he's confirmed for their East Hampton Summer Camp featuring Rabil (August 23rd & 24th).
Kucmierowski initially took an interest in playing the sport while attending Wisdom Lane Middle School. He is currently working towards and on track to playing on the collegiate and professional levels. Working with the Lizards isn't his first foray on the coaching side as he coaches for the Lil Kids LAX Program that offers training sessions at Eisenhower Park through July and August each year.
