A presentation will be made by Eileen Keenan of the New York Sea Grant Nonpoint Education for Municipal Officials (NYSG NEMO) about the progress of the constuction phase II stormwater regulations. Great continuing education for civil engineers, topics such as regulations and permits for construction activity will be discussed. ASCE members atten for free and non members pay $40 at the door.
