Levittown Appoints New Assistant Superintendent For Business

Dr. Christopher Dillon brings a wealth of experience to the district.

The Levittown Public Schools is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Christopher Dillon as the new assistant superintendent for business and finance.

Dillon, a resident of Kings Park, replaced retiring assistant superintendent for business and finance William J. Pastore on July 1. Dillon has served as assistant superintendent for business in Valley Stream District 30 for the past two years. Prior to his position in Valley Stream, he served as assistant to the superintendent for administration and special projects in the Plainedge School District.

In addition, Dillon was the New York regional branch operations manager at Mac-Gray Intelligent Laundry Systems in Carlstadt, New Jersey. He has also held positions at Kohler Co., Pepsi Cola and St. John’s University. Dillon holds a doctorate of education from Dowling College, a certificate of advanced study from SUNY New Paltz, a Master of Business Administration from Mount Saint Mary College and a Bachelor of Science from St. John’s University. He additionally holds a New York State School District Business Leader certification.
