Using the data collected, the students made simple changes to their models such as wing size, body weight and throw power. Following a retest of their models, the fifth graders discovered what makes a paper airplane fly longer, farther and higher. The top three winners of the flight challenge were Toby Moy, Ryan Apfelbaum and Jayden Keinath.
