With smiles behind their masks, students and staff entered their respective schools
and had their temperatures checked. This is one of the many safety precautions that the
district is taking this school year to ensure the health and safety of everyone who enters
the buildings. Among other safety measures, students and staff will follow guidelines such a
proper social distancing, along with hand-washing and hand sanitizing.
This year, Levittown students had the option of following a fully remote
instructional model or return to school in some capacity. Primary students could return to
in-person learning five days a week, while secondary students had the option of selecting a
hybrid model, following a schedule that alternates between virtual and in-person
instructional days.
