LEVITTOWN, NY — The following is a crime roundup for the Levittown area provided by Nassau County police. The crimes were reported to police between Sept. 19 and Sept. 26.

Petit Larceny

Sept. 14 — A victim told police a stranger removed a delivered package from the Yorkshire Village Apartments on Longfellow Avenue in Levittown around 11:43 a.m.

Sept. 21 — Justin Benzaia, 32, of Levittown, was arrested around 8 p.m. after police said he shoplifted at a Target store on Hempstead Turnpike in Levittown.

Sept. 23 — Frederick Gilbert, 54, of Ozone Park, was arrested around 10:45 a.m. after police said he shoplifted from a Home Depot store on Hempstead Turnpike in Levittown.
