Two Arrested For Selling Heroin: Nassau Police

Police say the arrests came after investigations into overdoses in the county.

Nassau County police say they arrested two people for selling heroin in Levittown following an investigation into overdoses.

Police say the investigation into overdoses led tot he arrest of Crystal Bardis, 32, of Saddle Lane, Levittown, for selling heroin to multiple people in the Levittown area. Police also arrested Danny Marmol, 31, of Arthur Street, Copiague. Police say he was selling heroin in Copiague. Both were arrested on Oct. 3 at 6:15 p.m. in Levittown.

Bardis is charged with two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Marmol is charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.

Both were arraigned on Thursday in First District Court in Hempstead.
