• Plaza public hearing postponed (wnypapers.com) — A key public hearing on converting Ellicott Development’s Lewiston plaza Building No. 3 into new commercial space has been pushed to Monday, Sept. 14 at the Red Brick Municipal Building. Village planners want more documentation and answers before deciding whether retail, possibly including a hardware store, replaces earlier apartment plans at 780 Center Street.
