• Sullivan 180 Municipal Partnership Grant recipients announced (riverreporter.com) — From Liberty, Sullivan 180 has announced its 2026 Municipal Partnership Grants, offering up to $20,000 for projects that improve public spaces and youth programs across Sullivan County. Towns including Bethel, Fallsburg, Highland, Thompson, Tusten and Woodridge will fund beautification, parks, play areas and new activities. Liberty-area residents can also volunteer or learn about future grants through Sullivan 180 contacts.
   

• Child pornography investigation leads to arrest on four felony charges (cbs6albany.com) — A Grahamsville man has been arrested after a child pornography investigation that led State Police to process him through the Liberty barracks and Town of Liberty Court, where bail was set. Authorities say the months-long probe began with a national CyberTip and involved multiple specialized units. The case will also go before Neversink town court later this month.
