absolutely NOT we can't give adequate funding to help students who haven't broken any laws . Even as convicted criminals do need to become a part of society veterans don't receive enough help they should come first. Not with my tax dollars maybe they should work as inmates and the money that they save the state could be considered for re-educating inmates.
